TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE TO BE READ AND UNDERSTOOD FULLY  BEFORE SUBMITTING ANY DESIGN REQUEST.

PAYMENT

  • ALL design projects between Studio Crescent Graphics (“SCG”) and the Client are subject to a down payment of 50% prior to the start of any work. The Client can pay in full if they choose, however, it is not mandatory.

  • The remaining balance on the invoice must be settled by the Client prior to SCG’s submission of the final design files.

  • All down payments are non-refundable after work commences.

  • Payments can be made via online banking or through bank deposits. Payments will only be taken to have been made when the client forwards confirmation of such payment. Once confirmation of payments have been received, receipt of such payments shall be sent from SCG to the client.

OWNERSHIP

  • All designs remain the property of SCG until final payments have been made at which time, all rights to the final product will be transferred to the client subject to this agreement.

  • SCG reserves the rights to display any design in a portfolio or advertisement as an example of services provided.

REVISION AND CLIENT APPROVAL

  • Prior to submission of the final design, we at SCG will submit drafts of the design to the client for their review and suggestions.

  • Where there is a request for revision of the work done, the client will be notified when the revision is complete and must approve prior to design finalization and submission.

  • Should the client require a revision of the design after the final submission is made, a service fee of 20% of the original price will be charged.

TERMINATION

  • Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason they deem necessary with written notice.

  • Upon termination of the project from the Client, the Client will be responsible for all expenses incurred prior to project termination.

  • The Client can receive a refund from Studio Crescent Graphics if Studio Crescent Graphics terminates the project for any reason they deem necessary.

  • Should the Client choose to cancel this project after project completion, the Client will remain responsible for full payment of the complete project total.

  • All designs done up to the date of termination will remain property of Studio Crescent Graphics.

AGREEMENT

  • Clients are required to read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions listed above prior to any down payments or job commencement.

  • A client is taken to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions once they have indicated acceptance either in writing, by signature.
